You can Pay using the following methods:
1.By Cheque. Please allow six working days to clear.
2. Once we have corresponded and agreed the price of the items and postage costs, then I will send you a payment request.

3.Alternate methods can be discussed, i.e direct bank transfer.

To ensure our postage charges are accurate we calculate our Charges by the weight of your items. You can select different postage services depending on how quickly you wish to receive your order.
Special Delivery Royal Mail. By 1PM Next Day
Weight governs postage costs. You will be advised at enquiry but it usually costs from £8.95.
Conditions of Sale Or Hire.
*Due to Hygiene regulations, private wigs can not be returned unless unopened / unused. Our experience allows us to recognise if a wig has been used. It is best to visit us re private wigs if you are concerned*
There is a charge for late returns or damage on hired items. All items MUST be returned by Special Delivery only (recorded) on the first posting day after the last night of performance or use, unless the client is arranging personal collection or return.
It is a requirement that new clients sign an acceptance of wig responsibility before wigs are despatched. This is forwarded on confirmation of order. All payment is to be made before despatch. Please note that if for any feasible reason you may wish to return a wig that is not correct then this must be done before the end of the show run or usage date in order to discuss possible refund or credit note. This is as proof the item was not used for the run.
Your statutory rights are not affected and the Distance Selling Rules applies.
